These are Architectural sets of AutoDesk Architectural Desktop 2004 documents provided in both electronic and hard copy format. The purchase of these documents also includes a "Single Use" license which will allow your architect or design build firm to modify and use these plans for your church construction.

The exceptionally low cost will allow churches in their planning stage to obtain construction bids for their projects, and have the floor plan(s) and elevations. This will motivate and excite the congregation about the building project without the expense and time of preliminary architectural services which can cost as much as $15,000.00. Uncertified plans could be delivered to your congregation in as little as three days!

Remember these plans will need to be updated, brought up to the standards of your local building codes, and certified prior to construction. This can be done by ChurchPlansForLess, your local architect, your design build firm, or any certified professional architect and/or engineer. If you should decide that we are your architect of choice for your certification needs, a large % of the price paid for the uncertified plans will be credited towards the final set of CERTIFIED construction drawing.
