David Horvat is the founder of, I Am Building His Church LLC. He conducts seminars for churches which guide them smoothly through the steps required to build or purchase a church facility in a timely and cost efficient manner. The webinars cover:

1. site or facility acquisition
2. ministry planning
3. design, financing
4. stewardship
5. furnishing
6. construction

Mr. Horvat has been involved in financing churches and church related projects since 2001. He as financed over 50 churches and assisted in a greater number of building projects. He has an extensive network of firms support his calling from architects, builders, lenders, and other consultants. Previously, David spent 25 years with Philips Lighting in various senior management positions of finance, strategic planning, marketing and sales, and general management.

David has known the Lord since 1984. He and his wife Marilyn have two children who attend Evangel Church in Scotch Plains, NJ. David likes to fly fish, play golf, and read the bible . He has a undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University and an MBA from Syracuse University.
